Sovereign Trading Capital, Inc. is a software platform. Your capital stays in your own brokerage account at all times — Sovereign never holds, transmits, or controls customer funds. We send trade instructions on your behalf under a narrowly scoped API authorization that you can revoke at any time through your brokerage's own interface.

By signing up, you confirm:

1. Capital stays in your custody. Sovereign cannot withdraw, transfer, or hold your funds.

2. Per-Sentinel rates. Each Sentinel has its own monthly fee on your average daily account balance, set by the Sentinel you select (see pricing). Founders' fee structure is locked for 5 years from activation.

3. SPX 0DTE options trading carries substantial risk. Past performance — including the validated backtest record — does not guarantee future results. You should commit only capital you can afford to see decline meaningfully over a difficult period.

4. Activation, not signup, starts the fee. No charge fires at this step. The monthly fee begins accruing the day your selected Sentinel goes live on your authorized brokerage account.

5. You can pause or cancel at any time. One click in your dashboard, effective immediately, no penalty. Revoking the broker authorization directly through your brokerage bypasses Sovereign entirely.
