Required reading before connecting your brokerage account.
When you connect your Tastytrade brokerage account to Sovereign Trading, you grant Sovereign specific limited permissions described below. Please review carefully.

When you revoke access:
Your money stays at your broker. Sovereign does NOT hold or custody your funds at any time. Your brokerage account remains owned by you. Your funds are subject to whatever protections (such as SIPC coverage) your brokerage provides.
You can monitor your account directly. You can log into Tastytrade at any time and see exactly what's happening on your account. The customer dashboard Sovereign provides is for convenience and transparency; the brokerage's record is authoritative for any dispute.
Sovereign sees only what you authorize. Sovereign cannot see other accounts you may hold at the same brokerage or at other brokerages. Sovereign cannot see your funding sources, withdrawal history, or accounts unrelated to the connected account.
OAuth tokens are encrypted. When you authorize Sovereign, your brokerage issues an OAuth access token and refresh token. Sovereign stores these tokens encrypted at rest using application-layer encryption. Sovereign personnel cannot read your tokens in plaintext.
Sovereign respects token expiration. OAuth tokens expire periodically. Sovereign refreshes tokens automatically as long as authorization remains active. If the brokerage invalidates a token (because you revoked access, the brokerage changed policies, or for any other reason), Sovereign cannot place trades on your account until reauthorization.
For accounts with capital above $250,000, two-factor authentication on your Sovereign account is mandatory. For accounts below this threshold, two-factor authentication is strongly recommended and can be enabled in your account settings at sovereigntrading.ai/account/security.

By clicking "Authorize Tastytrade Connection" during account activation, you agree to these specific permissions and the related provisions in the Customer Agreement.
